Also offering assessments and second opinion on strategies, roadmaps, ways-of-working, plans, organization and talent acquisition.

Strategy & analysis
Strategy is made with you, not for you. Working together on insights, analysis and facilitating the formulation of a clear strategy and roadmap as the foundation for the tech/digital journey, from both business, organization, marketing and technology standpoints.

Concept development
I support with conceptualization of digital products and services in order to drive change readiness across the organization, set the business case or to test hypotheses on the market.

Program & project management
Driving definition and implementation of new (digital) products, solutions and services, often with methodologies such as agile and lean.

Transformation/change management
Supporting in creating lasting organizational change, creating not only acceptance but real buy-in and passion from organizational stakeholders at all levels.

Interim/management for hire
Helping clients take the next step on their digital journeys. I can function either as a temporary solution to a permanent role, support in bringing the right talent on board or take temporary roles during intense periods of change.

Workshop facilitation
Supporting with ideation, prioritization and facilitating both inspiration and decisions to get stakeholder buy-in.

Coaching of board members and senior or mid-management
I can function as a coach on how to tackle and drive topics related to digital transformation, business development, change, technology, organizational capabilities and agile ways of working on both personal and organizational levels.
