Today blogging on the Linkedin-platform on the topic of how digital many times requires not only one, but two dual transformations. This, due to the fact digital is as much about innovation and disruption, as it is about efficiency and defending the current business. However, many times these goals tend to be conflicting whereas short-term tangible goals will eventually win and the transformation will not reach its full potential.
