Digital transformation – time for audit and due diligence?

Sharing my thoughts in CFOworld number 48. This time discussing the fact that the majority of digital transformations launched by incumbent organizations, in which they have invested heavily during the last couple of years, in fact hasn’t got much to do with transforming the organization from its core, but rather is about modernizing the organizations technology landscape.
