This spring, I’ll do a keynote on ‘Steering the digital transformation towards a superior customer experience’ on the CEM Telecoms Nordics Conference. Hosted by IQPC/CX Network in Stockholm on April 12-13th. For those of you who would be interested (and ideally involved in the telecoms industry), early-bird tickets are still available via the CEM Telecoms Nordics website.
Later as summer approaches, I’ll also host and moderate a roundtable at the eTail Connect Nordics gathering, June 14-15th, with the focus on how we can learn from our mistakes, fail faster and fail forward. The event is invitation only, but I’ll however share some my thoughts on the topic in a post within short.
I’ll also attend a panel discussing fintech on Affärsvärlden Bank & Finans in Stockholm, March 15.
