On Wednesday and Thursday the coming week I’ll attend and speak at the CX Transformation Nordics 2016 conference in beautiful Copenhagen. I’ll be part of a panel discussing Emerging Technologies: Future trends and developments to improve Customer Experience Measurement. During the afternoon of the 26th, I’ll also hold a separate keynote on Omnichannel management as a way to improve customer experience across touchpoints, where we’ll discuss opportunities and challenges going from silo-based channels into thinking in terms of, and applying a journey based approach.
